Frank was a new husband turned into a latina maid during the Great Spray.

Poor Men story part 5 :
Soon all the people who had not been affected by the Great Spray, ie women and few people were evacuated from the city. There remained in the city only the mens who turned into woman, left to themselves, until the authorities determine what had happened and what they should do.
The wife and children of Frank had left for a journey soon before the Great Spray. Frank, a young married man who inherit the fortune of his father, was one of the rare cases of transformation that changed the ethnic group. When his wife heard what had happened, she and her children wanted to see Frank, even knowing that he could be a woman. Unfortunately, no one could return to the city ... Meanwhile, Frank became the maid of mayor. Nobody believed him when he claimed to be the heir to the largest fortune of the city. He preferred to do the cleaning at the mayor rather than ending up on the street ...
